How to Bulk Update Customer Groups & Tags

Overview:
Save time by adding or removing groups and tags on many customers at once using bulk actions.

Steps:

  1. Navigate to Customer Management → Customers.

  2. Use filters to narrow to the customers you want to update.

  3. Click the checkbox at the top to select all visible customers (or select individually).

  4. Click Bulk Actions → Edit.

  5. In the bulk edit modal, choose Groups or Tags, then select Add or Remove, pick the items, and click Apply.
