Overview:
Save time by adding or removing groups and tags on many customers at once using bulk actions.
Steps:
Navigate to Customer Management → Customers.
Use filters to narrow to the customers you want to update.
Click the checkbox at the top to select all visible customers (or select individually).
Click Bulk Actions → Edit.
In the bulk edit modal, choose Groups or Tags, then select Add or Remove, pick the items, and click Apply.
Tips & Best Practices:
Preview your selection count to ensure you’re updating the intended records.
For large batches, work in segments (e.g., 100–200 at a time) to avoid timeouts.
Communicate bulk changes to your team so everyone is aware of new group/tag assignments.

Bulk edit option missing: Check your role has “Bulk Edit Customers” permission.
