Overview:
Highlight critical insights by pinning them to the top of the Notes list, and organize with tags or categories.
Steps:
In the Notes tab, hover over the note you want to pin.
Click the pin icon to keep it at the top.
To add a category or tag, click the Tag icon on the note and select or create a tag (e.g., “Urgent,” “Legal”).
Use the Filter dropdown to view only pinned or tagged notes.
Tips & Best Practices:
Pin only the top 2–3 notes per customer to avoid clutter.
Use consistent tag names (e.g., “Contract” not “Contracts”) for easy filtering.
Unpin notes once their action items are complete.
Troubleshooting / FAQs:
Cannot unpin a note: You must have “Edit Notes” permission; hover and click the pin icon again.
Tags not saving: Check that the tag exists and that you have “Manage Tags” rights.
