Overview:
Enrich your notes with supporting documents or reference links so all context lives in one place.
Steps:
While creating or editing a note, click the Attach File icon to upload a document.
Select one or more files (PDF, DOCX, image) and click Open.
To add a link, click the Link icon, paste the URL, and click Insert.
Save the note; attachments appear inline and under the note’s header.
Tips & Best Practices:
Rename files before upload to reflect content (e.g., Acme_Contract_v3.pdf).
Use links to shared drives or cloud docs for large files.
Keep attachments under 20 MB to ensure quick loading.
Troubleshooting / FAQs:
File upload failed: Check file size and format; try again with a smaller or different file type.
Link previews not showing: Some URLs may not generate previews—click through to verify the link works.
