Using Notes in Automation

Overview:
Trigger tasks or notifications based on note content (e.g., keywords like “escalate”) to streamline follow‑up actions.

Steps:

  1. Go to Automation & AI → Workflows.

  2. Click + New Workflow and choose Note Added as the trigger event.

  3. In the trigger settings, add a Condition: Note text contains your keyword.

  4. Add an Action (e.g., “Create Task: Follow up on escalation”).

  5. Activate the workflow.
