Automating Document Workflows for Customer Records

Overview:
Leverage automation to streamline document processes—notify teams of new uploads, route documents for approval, or archive old files automatically.

Steps:

  1. Navigate to Automation & AI → Workflows.

  2. Click + New Workflow and choose the Document event type.

  3. Select a trigger, such as When Document Uploaded or When Document Version Added.
