Automating Scheduled Data Exports

Overview:
Set up automated exports to regularly push customer data to external systems or to maintain backups without manual effort.

Steps:

  1. Go to Settings → Data Exports.

  2. Click + New Scheduled Export.

  3. Name the export (e.g., “Weekly Customer Backup”) and choose format (CSV/XLSX).

  4. Define the schedule (daily, weekly, monthly) and time.

  5. Specify filters (optional) and enter email addresses or webhook URLs for delivery.

  6. Click Save to activate the schedule.
