Overview:
Save time by importing large numbers of contacts via CSV/Excel, or export your contacts list for reporting and backups.
Steps to Export:
In the Contacts tab, apply any filters you need (e.g., show only active contacts).
Click Export and choose CSV or Excel.
Save the downloaded file locally.
Steps to Import:
From Contacts, click Bulk Import (if available) or go to Settings → Data Import.
Download the Contacts Import Template.
Populate it with your contacts’ data (Name, Email, Phone, Role, etc.) and save as CSV/XLSX.
Upload the file, map columns to fields, preview, and click Import.
Review the import summary for any errors.
Tips & Best Practices:
Always back up existing contacts before a bulk import.
Include a “Client Name” column to associate each contact with the correct client.
Limit imports to 2,000 rows at a time to avoid timeouts.

Import errors for missing fields: Ensure required fields (Name, Email) are present and correctly mapped.
Export missing columns: Make sure those columns are visible in your current view before exporting.
