Managing Contact Login Access & Permissions

Overview:
Control which contacts can log into your client portal and what they can see by toggling login access and assigning roles.

Steps:

  1. When adding or editing a contact, set Login Allowed? to Yes to grant portal access.

  2. In Settings → Roles & Permissions, review or create a Contact role with the desired access rights (view projects, invoices, etc.).

  3. Assign that role to the contact in the Edit Contact form.

  4. Click Save.
