Overview:
Control which fields customers see when submitting tickets via your portal or website by editing the Ticket Form builder.
Steps:
From any page, click the Ticket Form button in the Tickets tab or go to Settings → Ticket Form.
On the left, reorder fields by dragging the ⇅ handle.
Toggle fields On/Off to show or hide them in the public form.
Preview changes on the right.
Copy the provided <iframe> snippet or direct link to embed on your site.
Optionally append ?styleId=1 or &with_logo=1 to customize appearance.
Tips & Best Practices:
Only expose necessary fields to keep the form simple.
Preview on mobile and desktop to ensure responsiveness.
Use the direct link in email footers for quick customer access.
Troubleshooting / FAQs:
New field not appearing: Refresh the builder or clear browser cache.
Embed code broken: Ensure you copied the full <iframe> and pasted it into your site’s HTML.
Preview blank: Check that your form is set to “Active” in Settings → Ticket Form.
