How to Customize and Embed Your Ticket Form

Overview:
Control which fields customers see when submitting tickets via your portal or website by editing the Ticket Form builder.

Steps:

  1. From any page, click the Ticket Form button in the Tickets tab or go to Settings → Ticket Form.

  2. On the left, reorder fields by dragging the handle.

  3. Toggle fields On/Off to show or hide them in the public form.

  4. Preview changes on the right.

  5. Copy the provided <iframe> snippet or direct link to embed on your site.

  6. Optionally append ?styleId=1 or &with_logo=1 to customize appearance.
