Occasionally, you may need to override default Customer permissions for a specific client—granting extra rights or further restricting access.

Open the client’s profile under Customer Management → Clients.
Click Permissions (or Advanced Permissions).
Toggle individual module actions just for this client (e.g., enable Add Projects for a power‑user).
