Overview:
The Contracts area under Work lets you centrally create, view, and manage every agreement tied to your clients—whether project‑based MSAs, NDAs, or one‑off service contracts.
Steps to Explore the Contracts Dashboard:
From the left menu, expand Work and click Contracts.
Use the table to review existing contracts; columns include:
# (Contract Number)
Subject
Client
Project (if linked)
Amount
Start Date / End Date
Action (⋮ menu for Edit/Delete)
Above the table, use filters to narrow by Duration, Date range, Client, or Contract Type.
Enter keywords in the Search box to find contracts by subject or number.
Tips & Best Practices:
Click column headers to sort (e.g., earliest end date first).
Save frequent filter combinations (e.g., “Active contracts expiring this quarter”).
Use the Show [10] entries dropdown to adjust page size.
Troubleshooting / FAQs:
No contracts listed? Ensure you’ve selected the correct date range or “All” in filters.
Action menu missing: Confirm you have “View Contracts” permission under Settings → Roles & Permissions.
