Creating & Managing Contract Templates

Overview:
Templates let you standardize contract creation—predefining subject lines, descriptions, types, and values for rapid reuse.

Steps to Add a Template:

  1. Go to Work → Contracts, click Contract Template.

  2. Click + Add Contract Template.

  3. Fill in:

Steps to Use a Template:

  1. When creating a new contract, select your template from the Template dropdown (appears once at least one template exists).

  2. Fields auto‑populate—adjust as needed, then Save.
