Overview:
Use Laywork’s export and filter tools to generate reports, backups, or hand‑off project data to other systems.
Steps to Filter:
On Work → Projects, click the Filters icon.
Set:
Duration (Last 7 days, 30 days, etc.)
Start Date To End Date range
Status (In Progress, Completed)
Progress bracket (e.g., 0–20%)
Click Apply to refine the table.
Steps to Export:
After filtering, click Export.
Choose CSV or Excel.
Save the downloaded file for reporting or archival.
Tips & Best Practices:
Schedule a monthly export for offsite backups.
Export only visible columns (uncheck extras in Filters) to keep file sizes small.
Use filter presets (e.g., “High‑Priority Projects”) for consistent reporting.
