Use Laywork’s workflow engine to send automated alerts—like upcoming deadlines or milestone completions—to your team.
Steps:
Go to Automation & AI → Workflows.
Click + New Workflow and select Project as the trigger module.
Choose a trigger event (e.g., “When Deadline Approaches,” “When Milestone Completed”).
Add conditions (e.g., days before deadline = 3).
Define actions such as Send Email, Create Task, or Post to Slack.
Save and Activate the workflow.
