Overview
When a project ends or a team reshuffle happens, you can remove multiple members quickly—rather than deleting one row at a time.
Steps
In the Members tab, hover over each member’s checkbox (left of their name) to reveal the multi‑select boxes.
Click each box next to the members you want to remove.
A bulk Remove button appears at the top of the list.
Click Remove and confirm to delete all selected members at once.
Tips & Best Practices
Archive or export member data before bulk‑removing if you need historical reference.
Use this when offboarding an entire department after project completion.
Always ensure at least one Project Admin remains to avoid orphaned projects.
Troubleshooting / FAQs
No checkboxes visible: You may need to expand the sidebar or adjust your browser zoom.
Bulk Remove button greyed out: You lack “Delete Project Members” permission—ask an admin to grant it.
Some members didn’t remove: Check for members with admin status; you must demote them first.
