Overview
Under Settings → Task Settings, you control reminders, default board lengths, and which fields clients can see—tailoring the experience to your workflow.
Steps
Navigate to Settings → Task Settings.
In Send Reminder:
Before X days of due date: Number of days in advance.
On the day of due date: Toggle Yes/No.
After X days of due date: Number of days overdue.
Status: Which task status triggers reminders.
Taskboard Default Length: How many cards per column.
In Sections visible to client, check or uncheck any fields you want clients to see (e.g., Due Date, Assigned To, Description, Custom Fields).
Click Save.
Tips & Best Practices
Send reminders 1–2 days before due dates to keep tasks on schedule.
Limit client‑visible fields to essentials (Status, Due Date, Description).
Adjust Taskboard Length based on your screen size—10–20 cards is ideal.
Troubleshooting / FAQs
Reminders not arriving: Verify your email templates and that users have valid email addresses.
Client still sees hidden fields: Have the client clear their browser cache.
Default length not applied: Log out and back in to refresh settings.
