Overview:
Keep your permission structure up‑to‑date by modifying or removing roles as your team evolves.
Steps:
In Roles & Permission Management, find the role in the list.
Click the Edit icon next to the role name.
Adjust permissions or rename the role.
Click Save to apply changes.
To delete, click the Trash icon and confirm.
Tips & Best Practices:
Before deleting, reassign any users tied to that role to avoid access issues.
Archive deprecated roles in your internal docs rather than deleting immediately.
Troubleshooting / FAQs:
Cannot delete role? Ensure no users are currently assigned to it.
