Overview
The My Tasks shortcut filters the List or Board view to show only tasks assigned to you—perfect for focusing your daily work.
Steps
On Work → Tasks, click the My Tasks button next to + Add Task.
The table or board refreshes to display only tasks where Assigned To includes your name.
To return to the full list, click My Tasks again (it toggles off) or click Clear.
In the Task Board, you can drag your tasks between statuses just as usual.
Tips & Best Practices
Use My Tasks as your default landing page—bookmark /tasks?filter=my_tasks.
Combine with the Hide Completed toggle to focus on open work.
Regularly review My Tasks before starting each day’s standup.
Troubleshooting / FAQs
No tasks shown: You may have none assigned, or your name isn’t selected correctly in the task.
My Tasks button not toggling off: Click Clear in the search bar to reset all filters.
Cannot see tasks assigned by department: My Tasks only shows tasks directly assigned to you, not your team.
