Viewing & Managing “My Tasks”

Overview
The My Tasks shortcut filters the List or Board view to show only tasks assigned to you—perfect for focusing your daily work.

Steps

  1. On Work → Tasks, click the My Tasks button next to + Add Task.

  2. The table or board refreshes to display only tasks where Assigned To includes your name.

  3. To return to the full list, click My Tasks again (it toggles off) or click Clear.

  4. In the Task Board, you can drag your tasks between statuses just as usual.
