Viewing, Downloading, and Deleting Task Attachments

Overview
After files are attached, any project member with access can view or download them. Admins and project owners can also delete outdated attachments.

How to View or Download

  1. In the task’s Files tab, locate the file you need.

  2. Click the file name to preview it in‑browser (if supported), or click Download in the action menu.

How to Delete an Attachment

  1. Hover over the file in the list.

  2. Click the three‑dot Action menu and select Delete.

  3. Confirm deletion to remove it for everyone.
