How Progress Is Calculated

• Each sub‑task counts equally.

• The parent task’s progress bar shows “X of Y sub‑tasks complete.”

Viewing Progress

1. Open the parent task.

2. Look at the progress bar next to the title.

3. Hover to see the exact numbers (e.g. “2 of 5 complete”).

Best Practices

• Keep sub‑tasks roughly the same size so progress accurately reflects effort.

• Close or delete any obsolete sub‑tasks to avoid skewing the progress.
