Adding Private Notes to a Task

Overview
Use the Notes tab to record internal observations, reminders, or draft content that you don’t want visible in the public comment thread.

How to Add a Note

  1. In the task detail, click the Notes tab.

  2. Type your note in the rich‑text editor.

  3. Use formatting (bold, lists, links) to organize your thoughts.

  4. Click Submit. The note appears in the list below the editor.
