Overview
Use the Notes tab to record internal observations, reminders, or draft content that you don’t want visible in the public comment thread.
How to Add a Note
In the task detail, click the Notes tab.
Type your note in the rich‑text editor.
Use formatting (bold, lists, links) to organize your thoughts.
Click Submit. The note appears in the list below the editor.
When to Use Notes vs. Comments
Notes are private to you and other assigned team members; they don’t trigger notifications.
Comments are for collaborative discussion and notify participants.
