Define reporting lines by setting who each employee reports to—important for approvals, leave requests, and org charts.
Steps to Set a Manager
In HR > Employees, click Edit on the employee’s row.
In Account Details, locate Reporting To.
Select the manager from the dropdown of active employees.
Save your change.
Tips
If the manager isn’t listed yet, first add them as an employee.
Use consistent titles (Team Lead, Manager) to keep org structure clear.
