Managers and HR can review each request, then approve, reject, or send it back for edits.

Steps to Manage a Request
Locate the leave in the table and click its Action menu.
Choose one of:
View (see full details and attachments)
Approve (grant the leave)
Reject (deny and optionally add a comment)
Edit (adjust dates, type, or reason)
Delete (remove the request entirely)
Confirm your choice. The status updates accordingly (Approved, Rejected).
Tips
Use the Filters or calendar view to find requests by date, status, or employee.
Rejected requests return to the employee for revision if you leave it in Pending.
