Keep your leave catalogue up‑to‑date by editing existing types, removing obsolete ones, or archiving for historical reference.

HR › Settings › Leaves Settings › Leaves Type Settings
Steps to Edit or Delete
In the Leaves Type Settings tab, locate the leave type you want to change.
Click Edit to update its name, allotment, paid status, or scope.
Click Save.
To remove entirely, click Delete and confirm.
Steps to Archive
Switch to the Archived Leaves Type tab.
Click Add New Leave Type at top, then choose Archive on the form.
Select the leave type to archive—this hides it from new requests but retains past records.
To restore later, click Unarchive in the archived list.
