Steps to Assign
Navigate to the week you’re scheduling using the arrows.
Find the employee row and date column you want.
Click the + icon in that cell.
In the popup:
Select Employee Shift (e.g. “General Shift,” “Night Shift,” “Day Off”).
Choose Date, Multiple, or Month mode and pick the relevant dates.
(Optional) Add Remark or File (upload a PDF or image).
Check Send Email to notify staff.
Click Save.
Tip
Use Multiple mode to assign the same shift on several non‑contiguous days (e.g. all Tuesdays and Thursdays).
