Steps to Bulk‑Assign
Export your current Employees list via Export.
In the spreadsheet, add or update the designation and department columns using exact names.
Save as CSV/XLSX.
Back in Laywork, click Import, upload your file, map employee_id, designation, and department, then Import.
Tips
Always include employee_id to avoid creating duplicates.
Test with a small subset first to confirm mappings.
