Overview:
Creating custom awards allows your company to recognize specific achievements, values, or behaviors that align with your culture.
Steps:
Navigate to HR > Appreciation > Award.
Click the + Add Award button.
Fill in the following fields:
Award Name: The name of the recognition (e.g., Team Player, Innovation Star).
Icon: Select an icon that visually represents the award.
Background Color: Choose a color to personalize the award.
Click Save to add the new award to your system.
