Overview:
Recognizing employees for their contributions is easy with Laywork’s built-in award system.
Steps:
Go to HR > Appreciation > Employee Appreciation.
Click + Give Appreciation.
Select the employee you want to recognize.
Choose an Award from the list.
Add an optional Summary to describe the reason for the award.
Click Save to complete the process.
Tips:
Be timely—grant recognition close to the event.
Include a meaningful summary to reinforce impact.
Use awards to reinforce company values and goals.
