Organize your customers into reusable groups (e.g., “Enterprise,” “SMB”) or apply free‑form tags for segmentation.
Steps
While adding/editing a customer, find the Groups and Tags fields.
Select existing groups or tags from the dropdown, or type a new one and press Enter.
Click Save.
Tips
Use groups for static categories (industry, size) and tags for dynamic labels (e.g., “Upsell,” “At‑Risk”).
Filter by group or tag in the customer list to drive targeted communications.
