Editing or Deleting an Existing Customer Group

Overview
As your client base evolves, you may need to rename groups, update descriptions, or remove ones you no longer use.

Steps

  1. Go to Clients > Customer Groups.

  2. Locate the group in the list.

  3. Click the … (Action) menu beside it.

  4. Select Edit to change name or description, then Save.

  5. To remove, select Delete and confirm.
