Assigning Customers to Groups

Overview
Once groups exist, you can add a customer to one or multiple groups directly from their profile or via bulk actions.

Steps (Single Customer)

  1. Open Clients > Customers and click a customer’s name.

  2. In the Groups field, select one or more groups from the dropdown.

  3. Click Save.

Steps (Bulk Assignment)

  1. In Clients > Customers, use checkboxes to select multiple customers.

  2. Click Bulk Actions > Assign Groups.

  3. Choose groups to add or remove, then Apply.
