Overview
Once groups exist, you can add a customer to one or multiple groups directly from their profile or via bulk actions.
Steps (Single Customer)
Open Clients > Customers and click a customer’s name.
In the Groups field, select one or more groups from the dropdown.
Click Save.
Steps (Bulk Assignment)
In Clients > Customers, use checkboxes to select multiple customers.
Click Bulk Actions > Assign Groups.
Choose groups to add or remove, then Apply.
Tips
Bulk‑assign after an onboarding campaign to tag new clients quickly.
Combine groups and tags for two‑level segmentation (e.g., Group = “SMB,” Tag = “At-Risk”).
