Using Customer Tags for Flexible Labeling

Overview
Tags are free‑form labels you can apply to any customer for quick ad‑hoc categorization (e.g., “Needs Renewal,” “VIP,” “Upsell Candidate”).

Steps

  1. Open a customer record under Clients > Customers.

  2. In the Tags field, start typing a tag name and hit Enter to create or select it.

  3. Click Save.
