Overview
Tags are free‑form labels you can apply to any customer for quick ad‑hoc categorization (e.g., “Needs Renewal,” “VIP,” “Upsell Candidate”).
Steps
Open a customer record under Clients > Customers.
In the Tags field, start typing a tag name and hit Enter to create or select it.
Click Save.
Tips
Use tags for temporary or campaign‑specific labels that you can remove once obsolete.
Keep tag names short (< 2 words) and consistent in spelling.
