Overview
Notes let you capture free‑form, internal comments—like meeting summaries, special requests, or follow‑up reminders—directly on a customer’s profile.
Steps
Go to Clients > Customers and open the desired customer.
Click the Notes tab.
Click + Add Note.
Type your note into the rich‑text editor.
Click Save; your note appears at the top of the list.
Tips
Use bullet lists to break out key points.
Prefix a note with a date or context (e.g. “[2025‑04‑18] Kickoff call”).
