How to Add a Note to a Customer Record

Notes let you capture free‑form, internal comments—like meeting summaries, special requests, or follow‑up reminders—directly on a customer’s profile.

Steps

  1. Go to Clients > Customers and open the desired customer.

  2. Click the Notes tab.

  3. Click + Add Note.

  4. Type your note into the rich‑text editor.

  5. Click Save; your note appears at the top of the list.
