Overview
Use the import wizard to update customer records—change emails, phone numbers, tags, or groups in bulk.
Steps
Export your current customer list (including customer_id).
In your spreadsheet, update the fields you want to change for each customer_id.
Save as CSV/XLSX and return to Import.
Upload your file, map customer_id plus the updated columns, and click Import.
Tips
Always include customer_id to match records exactly—other fields left blank will remain unchanged if you select “Skip blank fields.”
After import, spot‑check a few records to confirm updates applied correctly.
