Common Issues & Fixes
Contact not showing in dropdown: Ensure they’re active and linked to that customer, and refresh the page.
Duplicate contacts after import: Check for slight name or email variations and merge or delete as needed.
Import fails due to missing customer_id: Include the correct customer_id from your export template.
Cannot delete primary contact: Assign a different primary contact first before deleting.
Tips
Use the Merge Duplicates feature under Contacts to unify similar entries.
Clear browser cache if changes aren’t appearing in dropdowns immediately.
