Overview
Customize which statuses (New, In Progress, Waiting, Resolved) and priority levels your support process uses.
Steps
Go to Settings > Ticket Settings > Status & Priority.
Under Statuses, click Add Status or Edit to rename or reorder.
Under Priorities, click Add Priority or Edit to set labels and colors.
Click Save.
Tips
Keep statuses succinct and mutually exclusive.
Use color‑coding on the ticket list for instant visual cues.
