Configuring Ticket Statuses & Priorities

Overview
Customize which statuses (New, In Progress, Waiting, Resolved) and priority levels your support process uses.

Steps

  1. Go to Settings > Ticket Settings > Status & Priority.

  2. Under Statuses, click Add Status or Edit to rename or reorder.

  3. Under Priorities, click Add Priority or Edit to set labels and colors.

  4. Click Save.
