Overview
Track who changed customer permissions and when by reviewing the audit log for compliance and troubleshooting.
Steps
Navigate to Settings > Audit Logs.
Filter by Module = Customer Permissions and set a date range.
Review entries showing:
User who made the change
Action (enabled/disabled module, toggled portal access)
Timestamp of change
Tips
Use this log to resolve disputes if a customer claims they lost access unexpectedly.
Export the filtered log for internal compliance reporting.
