Overview
If a client relationship ends or you need to restrict access, you can turn off portal access entirely or disable individual modules.
Steps
Open Customers > Permissions for the customer.
To revoke all access, toggle Portal Access to Off and save.
To revoke specific modules, toggle those modules to Off and save.
Tips
Revoking portal access does not delete historical data—reactivate later if needed.
Consider sending a courtesy notice when disabling their portal.
