Overview
Some modules support both view-only and the ability to create or modify data—set read/write levels per module.
Steps
In the Permissions tab, find modules with dual settings (e.g., Tickets).
Click the module’s name to expand its sub-permissions.
Select View Only or View & Edit as needed.
Save your changes.
Tips
For support tickets, “View & Edit” lets customers reply; “View Only” locks them out of responses.
Keep default modules read-only and enable editing only where necessary.
