How to Capture Leads via LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms

Seamlessly import prospects captured through your LinkedIn Sponsored Content or InMail lead gen forms.

Procedure

1. Go to Settings → Integrations → LinkedIn.

2. Click Connect LinkedIn and grant permissions.

3. Choose the Campaign and Lead Gen Form you want to sync.

4. Map each LinkedIn field to the corresponding Laywork field.

5. Save—anyone who submits that LinkedIn form becomes a Lead Contact in Laywork.

Tips

• Add a custom hidden field in LinkedIn (e.g. “CampaignID”) to track ROI in Laywork.

• Refresh your LinkedIn tokens every 60 days to keep the sync alive.

• Use LinkedIn’s built‑in “thank you” message alongside Laywork’s follow‑up workflows for a smooth hand‑off.
