Overview
Generate a QR code that prospects can scan to open a Laywork lead form on their phone—ideal for trade shows, print ads, or direct mail.
Procedure
In Leads → Lead Form, customize your form fields.
Click Generate QR Code at the bottom of the form editor.
Download the QR image or copy the URL.
Place the QR code on your signage, brochures, or business cards.
When scanned, the link opens your Laywork form—submissions create new Lead Contacts.
Tips
Display a short instruction (“Scan to get your free quote!”) alongside the code.
Test the code on multiple devices to ensure compatibility.
Track QR scans by appending UTM parameters to the embed URL.
