How to Manage Disqualified Leads & Record Lost Reasons

Overview
When a lead goes cold or isn’t a fit, you can mark it as Disqualified and capture the reason—ensuring your pipeline stays clean and your team learns from every outcome.

Steps

  1. Go to Leads → Lead Contact and locate the lead.

  2. Open the lead’s detail view and click the Status dropdown.

  3. Select Disqualified.

  4. In the prompt, choose or enter a Lost Reason (e.g. Budget, Timing, No Fit).

  5. Click Save. The status and reason are logged in the lead’s history.
