Overview
Sometimes market conditions change—revisit and requalify leads you’ve disqualified by resetting their status back to active.
Steps
Filter your lead list by Status = Disqualified.
Find the lead you want to reengage and click View.
Click Status → Change Status and select the appropriate active status (e.g., New or Contacted).
Optionally update qualification fields (budget, timeline).
Click Save; the lead moves back into your active pipeline.
Tips
Tag requalified leads (e.g. “Re‑Engage”) so you can track second‑round conversions separately.
Schedule a follow‑up task immediately after reopening to avoid letting it slip again.
Review your lost‑reason data first—focus on the leads who fell for superficial reasons (e.g. timing).
