Overview
Get notified the moment a lead moves into a high‑priority status (e.g. Qualified, Proposal Sent, Disqualified) so you can act without delay.
Steps
Go to Automation & AI → Workflows.
Click + New Workflow and choose Lead as the module.
Select When status changes as the trigger and pick the status(es) you care about.
Add an action: Send Email or Push Notification to the Deal Owner or Team.
Save and Activate the workflow.
Tips
Name workflows clearly (e.g. “Alert on Qualified Lead”).
Test with a dummy lead to confirm emails fire correctly.
Use conditions (e.g. only for leads above X score or value) to avoid noise.
