Understanding how leads move through your statuses over time helps identify bottlenecks and optimize your qualification process.
Steps
Go to Leads → Reports and select Lead Status History or Funnel Analysis.
Set filters for date range, pipeline, or team.
Run the report to see:
Count of leads per status, over time
Average time spent in each status
Export to CSV/Excel for deeper pivot‑table analysis if needed.
Tips
Look for statuses with long dwell times—those are your process choke points.
Compare status flow month‑over‑month to gauge improvement.
Share key charts with your sales stand‑up team weekly to drive accountability.
