Steps
Ensure the SMS and/or Push integrations are set up under Settings → Integrations.
In your workflow, click + and select Send SMS or Send Push Notification.
Craft your message—use concise copy and include a clear call‑to‑action link.
Choose the timing (e.g. 1 hour after the last email step).
Save and Activate. Use a test lead with a verified phone number or device to confirm deliverability.
Tips
Keep SMS under 160 characters and comply with local messaging regulations.
Use personalization tokens (e.g. {{first_name}}) to boost response rates.
Reserve push notifications for your most engaged leads to avoid opt-outs.
