Steps
Create a new workflow and set the trigger to Time Since Last Activity (e.g. 30 days).
Add a Conditional Split to check if Lead Score is above a threshold (focus on your best cold leads).
For the true branch, schedule a Win‑Back Email 1 with a special offer or relevant content.
Add delays and subsequent emails (e.g. 3 days later → Win‑Back Email 2, 5 days later → Final Reminder).
In the false branch (low‑score cold leads), either end the workflow or move them to a low‑touch drip.
Tips
