Overview
When you have a batch of qualified leads, save time by converting them all at once into deals rather than one by one.
Steps
Go to Leads → Lead Contact.
Use filters or checkboxes to select the leads you want to convert.
Click Bulk Actions → Convert to Deals.
In the conversion dialog:
Choose the Pipeline and Default Stage for all deals.
Optionally set a Close Date, Deal Owner, and Category.
Click Convert. Laywork will create one deal per lead, carrying over mapped fields.
Tips
Before bulk‑converting, ensure each lead’s data (e.g. value, close date) is accurate, since you’ll apply defaults to all.
Use an advanced filter (e.g. Lead Score ≥ 70) to only bulk‑convert your top‑tier prospects.
Review the new deals list immediately after conversion to handle any outliers.
