Move high‑potential leads into your pipeline instantly by automating deal creation once they hit a certain score.
Steps
Navigate to Automation & AI → Workflows and + New Workflow.
Select Lead Contact as the module and When Lead Score Changes as the trigger.
Add a Condition: Lead Score ≥ [Your Threshold].
Add an action Convert to Deal: choose default Pipeline, Stage, Owner, and field mappings.
Save and Activate—any time a lead’s score climbs above your threshold, Laywork auto‑creates a deal.
Tips
Choose a threshold based on historical conversion data (e.g. average score of closed‑won deals).
Include a Send Internal Notification action so reps know a new deal was created.
Monitor conversions to tweak your threshold up or down for optimal yield.
