Overview
When you need a similar sales flow for a new product or region, cloning an existing pipeline saves setup time and ensures consistency.
Steps
Go to Leads → Pipelines & Stages.
Locate the pipeline you want to clone and click its Action (⋮) menu → Clone.
In the Clone Pipeline dialog:
Enter the New Pipeline Name.
Choose whether to copy Stages, Stage Probabilities, and Notifications.
Click Save—your new pipeline appears in the list with identical stages.
Tips
Rename stages immediately if the new line requires tweaks (e.g. “Demo Scheduled” → “Trial Activated”).
Use cloning when piloting a process to avoid disrupting your main pipeline.
Remove the “Clone of …” prefix in the pipeline name to keep your list tidy.
Troubleshooting / FAQs
Cloned pipeline not visible: Refresh the page or clear filters—clones inherit the same visibility settings.
Stages didn’t copy: Ensure you checked both Stages and Notifications when cloning.
Unable to clone: Confirm you have “Manage Pipelines” permission under Settings → Roles & Permissions.
